This February’s special election is all about school funding. There are multiple bonds and levies across all of the school districts that overlap our legislative district and we unanimously voted to endorse all of them. Even with last year’s McCleary fix, our schools are still underfunded. These measures help bridge the gap, funding essentials like special education, early learning and highly capable programs, school nurses, student computers, building new schools, athletic fields, and performing arts spaces, and more.
