  • Speaking time for candidates seeking office this year (where the office has not been considered for endorsement nor will be at this meeting; 90 seconds each).

  1. Appoint secretary pro tem.
  2. Quorum report.

    • Adopt tonight’s program.
    • Adopt the May 6 meeting minutes.
  4. Amendment to endorsement procedures Rule V, Section 6. [Member vote]
    • Endorsements Committee recommends Do Pass.
  5. Endorsements where the Endorsements Committee has finished deliberations. [Member vote]
    • List of offices and ballot measures to be added by noon on June 3.
  6. Resolution Urging Removal of a Mentally Unfit President… [Member vote]
    • Operations Committee recommends Do Pass.
  7. Recommend Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) appointments for the 2025-6 biennium. [PCO vote]
    • New process: The PCO point of contact researches applicants. If you have information pertaining to an applicant, please submit it to pcohelp@45thdemocrats.org. We ask applicants in the meeting to affirm that they are a Democrat and, optionally, tell us a little bit about themselves and where their precinct is. The point of contact presents their report, if any. Then we hold the recommendation vote. There is no debate.

    • Please apply for appointment of your unrepresented precinct this biennium or adopt a nearby precinct.
