Legislative Action Committee (LAC)
The LAC identifies legislative issues, tracks them through the legislative session, and sends out action updates when one of the issues requires it.

Member News
The 2008 Legislative session convenes at noon on Monday, January 14. The regular session will adjourn on Thursday, March 13. That gives us only sixty days, so now is the time to get active! Things you can do include:
- Attend the King County LAC meetings - Upcoming KC LAC meetings will be posted in the calendar and on this page.
- Attend the 45th LD LAC meetings - Upcoming 45th LD LAC meetings will be posted in the calendar.
- Submit a legislative Issue - The 45th LD LAC will select a list of issues to track from these submissions.
Take a look at the LAC agenda for the 2008 legislative session. Note: Most of these issues come from the King County LAC.
